{"id":9721,"date":"2014-02-07T16:47:59","date_gmt":"2014-02-07T16:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=9721"},"modified":"2014-02-07T16:47:59","modified_gmt":"2014-02-07T16:47:59","slug":"familias-del-comite-villa-las-estrellas-dieron-aprobacion-a-proyecto-habitacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/familias-del-comite-villa-las-estrellas-dieron-aprobacion-a-proyecto-habitacional\/","title":{"rendered":"FAMILIAS DEL COMIT\u00c9 VILLA LAS ESTRELLAS DIERON APROBACI\u00d3N A PROYECTO HABITACIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las noventa y cinco familias que conforman el comit\u00e9 Villa Las Estrellas de Laja tuvieron una reuni\u00f3n con personeros del Serviu<!--more--> encabezados por el delegado provincial Enrique Araneda y con el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Pinto y el equipo de la Egis municipal. Encuentro en el cual se llev\u00f3 a cabo el proceso de certificaci\u00f3n del proyecto habitacional, esto significa que se les dio a conocer a las familias el plan de habilitaci\u00f3n social, el cual va desde el estudio previo de las familias, la organizaci\u00f3n de la demanda hasta la pos venta y entrega de las viviendas; los vecinos adem\u00e1s conocieron el proyecto t\u00e9cnico de las viviendas, es decir c\u00f3mo van a ser sus respectivas casas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto constar\u00e1 de tres tipos de viviendas: vivienda tipolog\u00eda 1: con dos dormitorios, 42m<sup>2<\/sup> edificados, m\u00e1s una ampliaci\u00f3n proyectada; vivienda tipolog\u00eda 2, con tres dormitorios, 51,23m<sup>2<\/sup>. edificados; vivienda tipolog\u00eda discapacitados-movilidad reducida con 53,16 m<sup>2<\/sup>. edificados, dos dormitorios m\u00e1s ampliaci\u00f3n proyectada. Las casas son de madera, techumbres de zinc alum. Este proceso de certificaci\u00f3n fue aprobado un\u00e1nimemente por las familias, quedando de esta forma \u00a0cerrando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora lo que viene es el ingreso al Serviu del proyecto completo, tr\u00e1mite que realiza la Egis municipal, una vez que el Serviu revise los antecedentes de cada \u00a0familia y los apruebe, estos podr\u00e1n postular al subsidio, paralelamente el municipio podr\u00e1 pedir los recursos adicionales (21 mil UF) los cuales son para habilitar el terreno, el que es irregular y tiene pendientes, adem\u00e1s\u00a0 hay que construir muros de contenci\u00f3n. Esto no debiera demorar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de abril y se estar\u00eda entrando en un proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n de los subsidios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto se emplazar\u00e1 en la parte alta de la comuna con accesos por costanera norte y calles las Gu\u00edas y Los Guindos, constar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s con \u00e1reas verdes y la construcci\u00f3n de una sede social, la empresa que estar\u00e1 a cargo de la construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas es constructora Santa Mar\u00eda. As\u00ed estas familias comienzan a ver ya concretado sus anheladas viviendas, en un proceso que se arrastra desde el a\u00f1o 2010.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-9721
