{"id":9130,"date":"2014-01-16T13:51:49","date_gmt":"2014-01-16T13:51:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=9130"},"modified":"2014-01-16T13:51:49","modified_gmt":"2014-01-16T13:51:49","slug":"importante-reunion-de-vialidad-provincial-con-juntas-de-vecinos-rurales-y-alcalde-jose-pinto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/importante-reunion-de-vialidad-provincial-con-juntas-de-vecinos-rurales-y-alcalde-jose-pinto\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPORTANTE REUNI\u00d3N DE VIALIDAD PROVINCIAL CON JUNTAS DE VECINOS RURALES Y ALCALDE JOSE PINTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Vialidad Provincial se reuni\u00f3 con dirigentes vecinales rurales y alcalde de la Comuna de laja para explicitar los alcances<!--more--> de la conservaci\u00f3n global de los Caminos en la Comuna de Laja.\u00a0 Por Vialidad participaron el Inspector Fiscal Alex Utreras R., la profesional Sandra Gonz\u00e1lez Villarroel \u00a0e Ingenieros de la empresa asesora Bogado Ingenieros Consultores y la empresa Contratista a cargo de la mantenci\u00f3n de los caminos enrolados \u201cSocoar Ltda.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participaron Dirigentes Vecinales de Los Ci\u00e9nogos, Las Ci\u00e9nagas, Lavanderos, La Colonia, Apelahue, Las Playitas. Quiebrafrenos, Rucahue y R\u00edo Laja, \u00a0quienes despu\u00e9s de escuchar las intervenciones de vialidad dieron a conocer las graves falencias en los caminos enrolados bajo el control y mantenci\u00f3n de vialidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por Vialidad intervino la sra. Sandra Gonz\u00e1lez para dar a conocer el nuevo enfoque sobre la Inclusi\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero en las pol\u00edticas de Vialidad; destacando que a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y g\u00e9nero se buscan entregar sustentabilidad medioambiental, incorporando sistem\u00e1ticamente tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras en el \u00e1mbito vial y de transporte; y la preocupaci\u00f3n de la gente, de su calidad de vida, por lo que se ha tomado el compromiso de incorporar el \u201cenfoque de g\u00e9nero\u201d. Manifiesta que la incorporaci\u00f3n de la visi\u00f3n de mujer en los proyectos viales se incorpora el embellecimiento, lo est\u00e9tico y medioambiental que los hombres siendo m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticos no consideran en los proyectos viales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente el Inspector Fiscal Alex Utreras presenta el Convenio de Conservaci\u00f3n Global Mixto para la comuna y los alcances del mismo, a ejecutar durante cuatro a\u00f1os con la empresa Constructora Socoar Ltda., manifestando que durante gran parte del a\u00f1o 2013 no existi\u00f3 empresa de mantenci\u00f3n en los caminos y de ah\u00ed su deterioro, comprometi\u00e9ndose que al 22 de marzo de 2014 la mantenci\u00f3n de la Ruta Q-90 deber\u00eda estar terminada y despu\u00e9s continuar con la mantenci\u00f3n permanente.\u00a0 Asimismo, en los caminos de ripios por lo menos deber\u00e1 pasarse m\u00e1quina niveladora una vez al mes y da a conocer el programa de mantenci\u00f3n donde los caminos ya est\u00e1n rotos y producen graves da\u00f1os a los veh\u00edculos y son un peligro permanente de accidentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se insiste por Vialidad en la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, siendo de primordial importancia que la comunidad se encuentre informa y existan canales v\u00e1lidos de comunicaci\u00f3n que permitan atender a las consultas o inquietudes de las personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los caminos no considerados y enrolados en este contrato Global seguir\u00e1n siendo atendidos directamente por Vialidad Provincial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sr. Alcalde de la comuna insiste asimismo en la participaci\u00f3n de vialidad en la mantenci\u00f3n y cuidado de los otros caminos enrolados de la comuna y que no ingresan en este contrato de conservaci\u00f3n global con la empresa Socoar Ltda.\u00a0 Dejando de manifiesto la importancia de \u00e9stos para el traslado de los vecinos rurales.\u00a0 Nuestra comuna se ve afectada por el alto tr\u00e1nsito de camiones forestales que con su peso da\u00f1an seriamente y constituyen en serios eventos para accidentes. Asimismo, agradece a Vialidad retomar \u00e9stos contactos directos perdidos estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y que se manifestaban en el deterioro de los caminos rurales de la comuna, donde el Municipio durante el a\u00f1o 2013 y la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Seremi Obras P\u00fablicas retomaron la mantenci\u00f3n de \u00e9stos y su recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los dirigentes vecinales con la entrega de informaci\u00f3n y de tel\u00e9fonos de contactos directos demuestran su conformidad y esperanza de ver sus v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n vial recuperadas y
