Municipalidad de Laja, les recuerda a nuestras agrupaciones sociales que el plazo para postular a los fondos FNDR es hasta este MARTES 30 DE JUNIO.<\/p>\n

Revisa a continuaci\u00f3n los documentos que debe tener cada organizaci\u00f3n al momento de postular:<\/p>\n

Requisitos :<\/strong>
\n1.- Formulario N\u00b01. Carta u Oficio conductor, firmada por el Representante Legal de la Instituci\u00f3n postulante, dirigido al Sr. Intendente Regional del Biob\u00edo, en la que solicite el financiamiento de la iniciativa que postula.<\/p>\n

2.- R.U.T. de la Instituci\u00f3n (ambos lados, escaneado)<\/p>\n

3- R.U.N del Representante Legal de la Instituci\u00f3n postulante (ambos lados, escaneado)<\/p>\n

4- Certificado de Personalidad Jur\u00eddica Vigente que indique: \u2022 Fecha del otorgamiento de la personalidad jur\u00eddica. \u2022 N\u00f3mina de la directiva vigente con sus respectivos RUT. \u2022 Fecha de vencimiento de la directiva. \u2022 Fecha de emisi\u00f3n del certificado. Esta no puede ser mayor a un a\u00f1o de antig\u00fcedad. \u2022 Se recuerda que, de acuerdo a la Ley, las instituciones al momento de postular deben tener una existencia legal de m\u00ednimo dos a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n

5.- Formulario 2: Correspondiente al contenido completo del proyecto.<\/p>\n

6.- Formulario 3: Planilla de Presupuesto Detallado en Excel.<\/p>\n

7.- Una cotizaci\u00f3n con vigencia de un a\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo, del equipamiento a adquirir.<\/p>\n

8.- Copia de Cartola de Cuenta Corriente, de Ahorro o Vista de la Instituci\u00f3n postulante, o copia de primera hoja de libreta de ahorro, en donde se aprecie el nombre de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

9.- Formulario 4, Carta compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n y resguardo del equipamiento o implementaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

10.- Formulario 5, con Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada Simple que indica no tener entre los directivos de la instituci\u00f3n c\u00f3nyuges, hijos o, parientes, hasta tercer grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad con funcionarios o consultores del Depto. de Inversiones y Municipalidades del Gobierno Regional del Biob\u00edo.<\/p>\n

11.- Formulario N\u00b06. Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada Simple de no tener litigios pendientes con el Gobierno Regional del Biob\u00edo.<\/p>\n

12.-\u00a0NO MANTENER SITUACIONES PENDIENTES<\/strong>\u00a0con el Gobierno Regional del Biob\u00edo, de proyectos aprobados desde el a\u00f1o 2017 hacia atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
