{"id":49605,"date":"2019-02-04T15:17:23","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T15:17:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=49605"},"modified":"2019-02-04T18:31:09","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T18:31:09","slug":"municipio-informa-prohiben-fogatas-y-encender-fuego-en-balneario-municipal-de-laja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/municipio-informa-prohiben-fogatas-y-encender-fuego-en-balneario-municipal-de-laja\/","title":{"rendered":"Prevenci\u00f3n de Incendios: Municipalidad de Laja proh\u00edbe realizar fuegos en Balneario Municipal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Desde el 1 de febrero, queda estrictamente prohibido cualquier tipo de fuego en el Balneario Municipal y sus alrededores.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Municipalidad de Laja ha dictado el Decreto Alcaldicio N\u00ba 800, el cual establece<\/p>\n<p>La necesidad de resguardar el medio ambiente y la seguridad de los vecinos que concurren al Balneario Municipal de Laja, ubicado en Avenida Los R\u00edos #1010 de Laja, como los peligros eventuales de incendios en esta temporada de verano.<\/p>\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n Exenta N\u00b0 4023 de fecha 30.10.2010, de la Seremi de Salud, que autoriza el funcionamiento sanitario del Balneario Municipal de Laja.<\/p>\n<p>Esto acorde a las facultades conferidas en la Ley N\u00b0 18.695 de 1988, Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Municipalidad y sus modificaciones posteriores.<\/p>\n<p>El Decreto dicta que:<\/p>\n<p>Se proh\u00edben en esta fecha hacer fogatas y encender fuego en el Balneario Municipal, indicado anteriormente, por un plazo de un mes.
