La exhibici\u00f3n estar\u00e1 disponible\u00a0desde el Lunes 15 de mayo en Recinto Polideportivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/BASES-REMATE-VEHICULOS-MUNICIPALES-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DESCARGAR BASES PDF\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1.- OBJETIVO<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Enajenar veh\u00edculos de propiedad municipal individualizados en punto 3 de las presentes Bases, mediante remate p\u00fablico. <strong>Las especies se enajenan y entregan en el estado en que se encuentran, que se entiende conocido por las partes, sin ulterior reclamo por eventuales vicios ocultos o redhibitorios.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>2.- PARTICIPANTES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Podr\u00e1n participar en el Remate, todos los interesados oferentes, quienes deber\u00e1n depositar previamente en Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, en dinero efectivo la suma equivalente al 10% del monto m\u00ednimo fijado para cada veh\u00edculo al que deseen hacer posturas. Dicha suma ser\u00e1 imputada al saldo de precio que corresponda al oferente adjudicado, quien deber\u00e1 completar el precio ofrecido, en el acto o dentro del plazo de dos d\u00edas siguientes h\u00e1biles, en dinero efectivo o mediante cheque personal, al d\u00eda y nominativo a nombre de Municipalidad de Laja. El veh\u00edculo solamente ser\u00e1 entregado, con su documentaci\u00f3n y factura respectiva, una vez enterado el precio en\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">su totalidad y cobrados los documentos a satisfacci\u00f3n del vendedor y una vez se acredite haber efectuado la transferencia .-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>3.- DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DE GARANTIAS <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El Tesorero Municipal, una vez finalizado el remate de los veh\u00edculos, proceder\u00e1 a devolver a los oferentes no adjudicados el monto m\u00ednimo depositado. Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1 emitir la Factura respectiva a cada adjudicatario, Exenta de I.V.A. El Tesorero deber\u00e1 concurrir al acto de remate y tr\u00e1mites posteriores, velando por la adecuada y oportuna recaudaci\u00f3n del precio y entrega de las especies adjudicadas, \u00a0requiriendo esto \u00faltimo a la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras Municipales, Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n y Departamento de Salud.-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00a04<\/strong><strong>.- DE LOS IMPUESTOS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s se establece que los impuestos de transferencia (fiscal y municipal), ser\u00e1n de cargo del oferente adjudicado, como igualmente, los gastos por transferencia y todo otro que pudiera derivarse de la enajenaci\u00f3n. Incluso, ser\u00e1n de cargo del adjudicatario las eventuales multas y derechos no pagados que registren los veh\u00edculos rematados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">El adjudicatario una vez que haya pagado la totalidad y acredite haber efectuado la transferencia del veh\u00edculo deber\u00e1 retirar el veh\u00edculo en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de dos d\u00edas h\u00e1biles contadas desde la fecha de pago, en caso contrario el veh\u00edculo ser\u00e1 derivado a los corralones municipales donde adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1 hacerse cargo del pago por bodegaje seg\u00fan ordenanza de derechos municipales vigentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este Jueves 18 de mayo a las 15:30 horas en el Polideportivo Ubicado en\u00a0Avenida Los Rios N\u00ba 860, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el remate de 10 veh\u00edculos.
