{"id":1981,"date":"2013-06-28T03:08:45","date_gmt":"2013-06-28T03:08:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=1981"},"modified":"2013-06-28T03:09:50","modified_gmt":"2013-06-28T03:09:50","slug":"elecciones-primarias-30-de-junio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/elecciones-primarias-30-de-junio\/","title":{"rendered":"ELECCIONES PRIMARIAS 30 DE JUNIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><em><strong>Ley 20682 modifica ley N\u00ba 18.700, Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Votaciones Populares y Escrutinios.<!--more--><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Con fecha 26 de junio del a\u00f1o en curso fue publicada en el Diario Oficial la ley 20.682, que modifica la ley N\u00ba 18.700, Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Votaciones Populares y Escrutinios, norma que en un art\u00edculo \u00fanico modific\u00f3 entre otros el Art. 44 de dicho cuerpo legal, agregando dentro de las excusas en el caso de haber sido designado como vocal de mesa el numeral 7, que se\u00f1ala lo siguiente: Estar la mujer en estado de embarazo o de puerperio dentro de las seis semanas previas al parto y hasta veinticuatro semanas siguientes a \u00e9ste, circunstancia que deber\u00e1 acreditarse mediante certificado m\u00e9dico, o con la documentaci\u00f3n que acredite estar recibiendo el subsidio a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 198 del C\u00f3digo del Trabajo ( subsidio maternal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0El plazo para presentar las excusas de la designaci\u00f3n de vocal de mesa es de 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles contados desde la fecha del acta de publicaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, la ley en comento esto es la ley 20.682 contiene un Art. Transitorio que se\u00f1ala que en el proceso eleccionario correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2012, la sanci\u00f3n establecida en el Art. 138 ( 2 a 8 UTM) no se aplicar\u00e1 a quienes teniendo una excusa v\u00e1lida de las se\u00f1aladas en el Art. 44 o de las incorporadas por esta ley, no hubiesen podido presentarla oportunamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Se reitera que de acuerdo a la ley vigente, la votaci\u00f3n es de car\u00e1cter voluntario, lo cual rige para las votaciones presidenciales, parlamentarias y municipales, por lo cual no se requiere presentar las excusas ante Carabineros de Chile, como se requer\u00eda antiguamente por el hecho de no asisitir a sufragar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eleccionesprimarias.cl\/\">http:\/\/www.eleccionesprimarias.cl\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ley 20682 modifica ley N\u00ba 18.700, Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Votaciones Populares y Escrutinios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":1982,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"zakra_sidebar_layout":"customizer","zakra_remove_content_margin":false,"zakra_sidebar":"customizer","zakra_transparent_header":"customizer","zakra_logo":0,"zakra_main_header_style":"default","zakra_menu_item_color":"","zakra_menu_item_hover_color":"","zakra_menu_item_active_color":"","zakra_menu_active_style":"zakra_menu_active_style","zakra_page_header":true,"footnotes":""},"categories":[68,30],"tags":[213],"class_list":["post-1981","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cultura","category-educacion","tag-primarias-presidenciales"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
