{"id":1778,"date":"2013-06-24T13:32:36","date_gmt":"2013-06-24T13:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=1778"},"modified":"2013-06-24T13:38:07","modified_gmt":"2013-06-24T13:38:07","slug":"chilecompra-dicto-en-laja-charla-de-como-vender-al-estado-productos-o-servicios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/chilecompra-dicto-en-laja-charla-de-como-vender-al-estado-productos-o-servicios\/","title":{"rendered":"CHILECOMPRA DICT\u00d3 EN LAJA CHARLA DE C\u00d3MO VENDER AL ESTADO PRODUCTOS O SERVICIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A instancia de la Unidad de Fomento Productivo de la Municipalidad de Laja<!--more-->, el viernes 21 de junio Chile Compras efectu\u00f3 una charla a diversos comerciantes, industriales, agricultores, due\u00f1os de Pymes entre otros, la cual estaba destinada a clarificar el rol de esta instituci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta actividad se desarroll\u00f3 en el auditorio de la Casa de la Cultura, donde los interesados aclararon dudas de como vender sus productos y servicios al estado a trav\u00e9s de Chile Compra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rolando Guzm\u00e1n, Director Ejecutivo de Chile compra en la Provincia de Bio B\u00edo, especifico el funcionamiento de esta instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1alando que Chilecompra es el encargado de la administraci\u00f3n de todo la gesti\u00f3n de abastecimiento de los servicios p\u00fablicos de Chile, depende del Ministerio de Hacienda, la competencia que tiene principalmente es administrar el sistema de informaci\u00f3n de las compras p\u00fablicas, asociados a diferentes plataformas de comercio electr\u00f3nico, siendo la m\u00e1s importante mercado p\u00fablico, que es el portal de las licitaciones del estado, donde se realizan las transacciones comerciales entre particulares (proveedores) y los distintos organismos del estado que son los compradores y a su vez administran plataformas complementarias como Proveedores.cl y otros servicios adicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guzm\u00e1n aclar\u00f3 la funci\u00f3n principal que les corresponde, que es de poder a trav\u00e9s de los centros Chilecompras que est\u00e1n en todo Chile poder acercarse a sus clientes para entregar asesor\u00eda, capacitaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n, de tal forma de clarificar, la manera y la forma de c\u00f3mo se pueden hacer negocios con el estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez indic\u00f3 quienes pueden vender productos o servicios al estado, estos son: personas naturales o jur\u00eddicas, chilenas o extranjeras que no tengan causal de inhabilidades para contratar con el estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0De esta forma los interesados que asistieron y consultaron\u00a0 dudas, podr\u00e1n inscribirse en los registros de Mercado p\u00fablico, lo cual se puede hacer a trav\u00e9s del portal web del servicio o presencial en algunas de las oficinas, quedando en condiciones de vender frente a alguna licitaci\u00f3n que exista por parte de los diferentes organismos p\u00fablicos del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A instancia de la Unidad de Fomento Productivo de la Municipalidad de Laja<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":1781,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"zakra_sidebar_layout":"customizer","zakra_remove_content_margin":false,"zakra_sidebar":"customizer","zakra_transparent_header":"customizer","zakra_logo":0,"zakra_main_header_style":"default","zakra_menu_item_color":"","zakra_menu_item_hover_color":"","zakra_menu_item_active_color":"","zakra_menu_active_style":"zakra_menu_active_style","zakra_page_header":true,"footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[199,200],"class_list":["post-1778","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-servicio-a-la-comunidad","tag-chilecompra","tag-mercadopublico"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
