{"id":1740,"date":"2013-06-20T01:48:35","date_gmt":"2013-06-20T01:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=1740"},"modified":"2013-06-20T01:48:35","modified_gmt":"2013-06-20T01:48:35","slug":"comite-viviendas-valle-del-sol-en-reunion-con-serviu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/comite-viviendas-valle-del-sol-en-reunion-con-serviu\/","title":{"rendered":"COMIT\u00c9 VIVIENDAS VALLE DEL SOL EN REUNION CON SERVIU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Directivos del comit\u00e9 habitacional Valle del Sol, participaron de una reuni\u00f3n la ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles 19 de junio con profesionales del Serviu<!--more-->, de una constructora, representante de los propietarios del\u00a0 terreno en que se podr\u00edan construir las viviendas y municipio, para interiorizarse de los pasos a seguir en el proceso de postulaci\u00f3n al subsidio habitacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 la presidenta del comit\u00e9 Ang\u00e9lica Gald\u00e1mez, la reuni\u00f3n les sirvi\u00f3 para aclarar dudas, ellos vienen en esta lucha por acceder a una vivienda propia desde hace 8 a\u00f1os, el comit\u00e9 agrupa a 160 familias que est\u00e1n a la espera de postular a un subsidio. En el comit\u00e9 exist\u00edan muchas dudas respecto a la forma de postulaci\u00f3n, las posibilidades y los requisitos de ahorro, uno de los puntos importantes para la postulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El terreno que existe como opci\u00f3n queda ubicado en la parte posterior de la poblaci\u00f3n Tapiacura, el representante del Serviu Sergio Carrasco se\u00f1al\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la reuni\u00f3n fue solicitada por el comit\u00e9 para recibir una orientaci\u00f3n al proceso de postulaci\u00f3n al decreto 49 o fondo solidario. En el encuentro se explicaron requisitos y aclararon dudas que ten\u00edan los socios y \u00a0la empresa constructora, \u00a0se gestion\u00f3 una entrevista entre la unidad jur\u00eddica del Serviu y los propietarios del posible terreno para ver \u00a0si es \u00a0viable o no de adquirir.
