{"id":16268,"date":"2014-11-28T15:33:42","date_gmt":"2014-11-28T15:33:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=16268"},"modified":"2014-11-28T15:33:42","modified_gmt":"2014-11-28T15:33:42","slug":"secplan-informa-sobre-contratacion-de-obras-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/secplan-informa-sobre-contratacion-de-obras-3\/","title":{"rendered":"SECPLAN INFORMA SOBRE CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE OBRAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secretaria Comunal de Planificaci\u00f3n informa la reciente contrataci\u00f3n de<!--more-->:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>PROYECTO \u201cALUMBRADO P\u00daBLICO Y EMPALME CEMENTERIO MUNICIPAL Y OTROS\u201d,<\/strong> contratado el 20.11.14 al proveedor JUAN DANIEL INZUNZA SEPULVEDA, C\u00e9dula de Identidad N\u00b0 10.732.240-k, por un monto total de $5.000.000 (IVA Incluido) y plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n 30 d\u00edas corridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El municipio de Laja a trav\u00e9s de este proyecto pretende instalar sistema de alumbrado p\u00fablico en el Cementerio Municipal, dotar a una oficina y zona de responso de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de baja tensi\u00f3n Normalizada. Esto permitir\u00e1 dar mayor seguridad, mejor servicio y comodidad a la Comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajos ser\u00e1n financiados con recursos Municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>PROYECTO \u201cEXTENSI\u00d3N DE RED Y PROFUNDIZACI\u00d3N DE POZO\u201d,<\/strong> contratado el 24.11.14 al contratista SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES EMANUEL E.I.R.L RUT: 76.173.941-7 por un monto total de $9.701.475 (IVA Incluido) y plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n 60 d\u00edas corridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto consiste en la extensi\u00f3n de alrededor de 1500 ml de red de agua potable en sistema existente en el Sector Rucahue Sur operados por el Comit\u00e9 Cerro la Cruz, para incorporar al menos 15 familias y\/o viviendas, ubicadas seg\u00fan planimetr\u00eda adjunta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta extensi\u00f3n considera red nueva de PVC Hidr\u00e1ulico Clase- 6 de 63 mm de di\u00e1metro, si es necesario se deben instalar en la red equipos que regulen la presi\u00f3n de tal amenar de asegurar presi\u00f3n y caudal suficiente para cada familia, adem\u00e1s se debe proveer e instalar 15 arranques que incluye medidor de \u00bd pulgada de di\u00e1metro, protecci\u00f3n y codo de cobre de \u00bd pulgada y una llave de corte r\u00e1pido ubicados al menos a 3 metros de la l\u00ednea de cerco o cierre respectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se debe considerar la excavaci\u00f3n para la instalaci\u00f3n de la red la que debe quedar al menos a 60 cm del nivel de suelo natural a menos que la ITO acepte otra profundidad debidamente justificada.
