{"id":15638,"date":"2014-11-03T12:23:38","date_gmt":"2014-11-03T12:23:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=15638"},"modified":"2014-11-03T12:23:38","modified_gmt":"2014-11-03T12:23:38","slug":"regularizacion-de-ampliaciones-de-viviendas-ley-20-772","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/regularizacion-de-ampliaciones-de-viviendas-ley-20-772\/","title":{"rendered":"Regularizaci\u00f3n de Ampliaciones de viviendas, LEY 20.772"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Obras de la Municipalidad, informa a la comunidad, que entr\u00f3 en vigencia la Ley N\u00ba20.772, que tiene como objetivo modificar<!--more--> la Ley 20.671 conocida como la Ley del Mono. La modificaci\u00f3n consiste principalmente en que en lugar de limitarse la superficie ampliada a 25 m2, permite que la superficie total edificada, es decir la superficie existente m\u00e1s la ampliaci\u00f3n no supere los\u00a0\u00a0 90 metros cuadrados, adem\u00e1s que esta regularizaci\u00f3n tiene que contar con <strong>la firma de un profesional competente.<\/strong> Se mantiene la exenci\u00f3n de derechos municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La documentaci\u00f3n que debe presentarse es la\u00a0\u00a0 siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Formulario de Solicitud de Regularizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Listado de documentos y planos numerados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Informe Profesional competente, que certifique que la ampliaci\u00f3n a regularizar\u00a0\u00a0 cumple\u00a0\u00a0 con las\u00a0\u00a0 normas de habitabilidad, seguridad, estabilidad e instalaciones interiores se\u00f1aladas en el\u00a0\u00a0 numero 3) del art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba20.772, y\u00a0\u00a0 que no se emplazar\u00e1 en los terrenos a que se refiere el n\u00famero 1) del mismo art\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Patente del profesional que suscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas resumidas suscritas por el profesional competente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Plano que grafique la planta, la elevaci\u00f3n principal y un corte de la ampliaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando las medidas y superficie de la vivienda existente y de la ampliaci\u00f3n a regularizar, suscritos por un profesional\u00a0\u00a0 competente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Formulario \u00fanico de Estad\u00edsticas de Edificaci\u00f3n (INE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez ingresados los antecedentes, la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras tendr\u00e1 un plazo de 90 d\u00edas . para revisar el cumplimiento de las normas urban\u00edsticas establecidas en esta Ley y con el s\u00f3lo m\u00e9rito de los documentos solicitados, otorgar\u00e1 el correspondiente certificado de regularizaci\u00f3n, si fuere procedente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La vigencia de esta ley es de dos a\u00f1os, contados desde la fecha de su publicaci\u00f3n 05.09.2014.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Obras de la Municipalidad, informa a la comunidad, que entr\u00f3 en vigencia la Ley N\u00ba20.772, que tiene como objetivo modificar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":15639,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"zakra_sidebar_layout":"customizer","zakra_remove_content_margin":false,"zakra_sidebar":"customizer","zakra_transparent_header":"customizer","zakra_logo":0,"zakra_main_header_style":"default","zakra_menu_item_color":"","zakra_menu_item_hover_color":"","zakra_menu_item_active_color":"","zakra_menu_active_style":"zakra_menu_active_style","zakra_page_header":true,"footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-15638","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-servicio-a-la-comunidad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
