{"id":15608,"date":"2014-11-01T11:38:05","date_gmt":"2014-11-01T11:38:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=15608"},"modified":"2014-11-03T11:39:58","modified_gmt":"2014-11-03T11:39:58","slug":"representantes-de-organizaciones-y-empresas-se-reunieron-para-conformar-el-comite-ambiental-comunal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/representantes-de-organizaciones-y-empresas-se-reunieron-para-conformar-el-comite-ambiental-comunal\/","title":{"rendered":"Representantes de Organizaciones y Empresas se reunieron para conformar el Comit\u00e9 Ambiental Comunal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Este comit\u00e9 es uno de los pasos del Sistema de Certificaci\u00f3n Ambiental Municipal SCAM, en el cual Laja est\u00e1 optando por alcanzar el nivel b\u00e1sico.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como ya es sabido la municipalidad de Laja, emprendi\u00f3 hace algunos meses el proceso de certificaci\u00f3n ambiental municipal, en el cual est\u00e1n participando todos los funcionarios del municipio. En d\u00edas recientes la Seremi de medio ambiente entreg\u00f3 el resultado de la primera auditoria, logr\u00e1ndose una excelente calificaci\u00f3n en esta etapa en la que se pretende obtener el nivel b\u00e1sico, el primero de los tres niveles de la certificaci\u00f3n ambiental (b\u00e1sico, intermedia y excelencia)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los pasos que hay que cumplir en este proceso, est\u00e1 la conformaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Ambiental Comunal, que es un \u00f3rgano participativo esencial para la gesti\u00f3n ambiental local, cuyos principios fundamentales deber\u00e1n ser: la participaci\u00f3n, la responsabilidad, la prevenci\u00f3n y el seguimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este comit\u00e9 debe estar integrado por representantes de la comunidad y el empresariado local, sus integrantes deber\u00e1n ser elegidos por sus pares a trav\u00e9s de los mecanismos que se estimen pertinentes, siendo responsabilidad de la municipalidad fomentar la conformaci\u00f3n de este Comit\u00e9 Ambiental Comunal.
