{"id":10020,"date":"2014-02-19T16:02:36","date_gmt":"2014-02-19T16:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/?p=10020"},"modified":"2014-02-19T16:02:36","modified_gmt":"2014-02-19T16:02:36","slug":"sede-social-y-canchas-deportivas-en-nuevo-amanecer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munilaja.cl\/w\/sede-social-y-canchas-deportivas-en-nuevo-amanecer\/","title":{"rendered":"SEDE SOCIAL Y CANCHAS DEPORTIVAS EN NUEVO AMANECER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sector poblacional de Nuevo Amanecer, en la parte alta de la comuna, cuenta desde estos d\u00edas con nuevas instalaciones sociales y deportivas<!--more-->, las cuales van en directo beneficio de las familias que habitan en el sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado lunes 17, el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Pinto entreg\u00f3 las llaves de las modernas multicanchas y de la sede social de la poblaci\u00f3n a la presidenta de la Junta de Vecinos, Sra. Zunilda Cabrera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las multicanchas son dos, con cierre perimetral, una posee carpeta con terminaciones asf\u00e1lticas y el respectivo trazado para realizar la pr\u00e1ctica de b\u00e1squetbol, v\u00f3leibol y babyf\u00fatbol y la implementaci\u00f3n deportiva correspondiente (arcos, aros y mallas); y la segunda cancha, contempla capa de pavimento de maicillo y la debida implementaci\u00f3n deportiva, ambas canchas con la iluminaci\u00f3n correspondiente; se suma a esto grader\u00edas de hormig\u00f3n aprovechando el desnivel del terreno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obra tuvo una inversi\u00f3n de $ 56. 875 .000, financiada v\u00eda Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Regional FNDR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la sede social cuenta con 117,27 mt<sup>2<\/sup>, dos niveles, construida en hormig\u00f3n armado, muros de alba\u00f1iler\u00eda estucados. En el primer nivel un amplio sal\u00f3n de reuniones, cocina equipada, dos ba\u00f1os completos y en el segundo nivel oficinas.
